Information you give us. When you call us or send a request, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code or address, email address and a description of the damage. Our request form opens a draft message in your own email app, so what you send is handled by your email provider as well as by us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and analytics. This website does not set its own cookies or run advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

We keep job records, including photos, moisture logs and invoices, for as long as needed to support your claim, handle disputes and meet legal and accounting requirements. Other messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you.

Your choices
